I’m a Director of Product Design at Clari, leading a global design team across three major product pillars—Groove, Align, and Copilot. I thrive at the intersection of business strategy, human behavior, and emerging technology, guiding teams to deliver clarity and confidence in the way work gets done.
With a foundation in psychology, design thinking, and enterprise UX, I turn ambiguity into alignment—connecting insights, systems, and people around a shared vision. My teams describe me as a calm, structured leader who sees the full chessboard: translating strategy into scalable design systems, mentoring designers into leaders, and influencing executives through storytelling and outcomes.
I’ve led initiatives spanning AI-powered workflows, multi-product integrations post-acquisition, driving design strategy for products used by tens of thousands of sellers worldwide. My approach blends rigor and empathy, ensuring design drives measurable business value while elevating human experience.
I’ve also co-invented a pending U.S. patent (US20250272118A1) for a dynamic workflow system that reflects my passion for designing scalable, intelligent tools that elevate human decision-making.
Beyond the work, I believe that great design cultures are built, not inherited. I invest deeply in mentorship and growth—because when designers are empowered, products follow. I’m inspired by opportunities where design, AI, and dynamic systems intersect to transform how teams work.

Leading a product design team is more than just having a title and direct reports. There are 6 principles I follow in order to build extraordinary teams.
I believe in setting a clear vision and creating the conditions for others to do their best work. Leadership isn’t about control—it’s about clarity, trust, and momentum. I lead by listening deeply, acting with intention, and building alignment across disciplines.
Great products come from great teams. I invest in people—through mentorship, thoughtful hiring, and establishing a culture of psychological safety and continuous growth. I champion diversity of background, thought, and skill as the foundation of resilient, innovative design teams.
Design is a strategic tool for solving real business problems. I work closely with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to understand the broader context—then align design outcomes to what actually moves the needle. Whether it’s closing enterprise deals, reducing churn, or launching new products, I design with business outcomes in mind.
Usability is table stakes—delight builds loyalty. I push for polish, clarity, and emotion in the user experience. Small moments of joy, clear flows, and elegant interactions all add up to products that people love, not just use.
I believe in creative adaptability—working across roles, sharing responsibilities, and stepping in where needed. Like “Total Football,” the best teams are fluid, responsive, and united in purpose. I value collaboration over silos, and flexibility over rigid roles.
Every product, team, and problem is a chance to learn. I bring curiosity and humility into every conversation, knowing that the best solutions often emerge from unexpected places.
I provide hands-on mentorship for product designers navigating career growth, skill development, and real-world challenges. Through platforms like ADPList and UXPA, I’ve supported hundreds of designers with guidance rooted in practical experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive in today’s design roles.
My past studies helped me to blend creativity with strategic thinking to solve complex design challenges.

I studied in the Master of Professional Studies in UX Design program at Maryland Institute College of Art. During this time, I applied my past experience along with strengthening my skills through multiple projects using quantitative and qualitative research methods, along with UI design, prototyping and usability testing.
I completed 15 courses and and associated exams over two years, first gaining my UX Certification and following it with the Master Certification a year later.
By completing the IBM Design Thinking course, I learned new methods to collaborate and think strategically in enterprise projects.
I am comfortable working in agile development processes, I also obtained my level 1 Professional Scrum Master certification through a rigorous exam.
I studied Psychology and minored in Studio Art at the University of Houston while also learning about a variety of subjects not in my major, including business, computer programming, and two spoken languages.
